Philosophy
The body is more than something to be worked on.
It is something to be listened to.
I believe meaningful care begins with respect for the whole person—the physical body, the experiences it has adapted to, and the individual living within it.
My approach has been shaped by years of hands-on work, observation, continued learning, and a simple belief: the body is constantly giving us information. When we become curious enough to listen, that information can help guide how we care for ourselves.
Foundational Beliefs -The 5 Pillars of The IAB Method

The Body Is Always Communicating
Pain, tension, stiffness, fatigue, and restricted movement are often the body's way of asking for attention rather than simply problems to eliminate.

Discovery Before Treatment
Before deciding how to work, I believe it's important to become curious about what your body may be responding to. Listening comes before technique.

The Body Seeks Balance — Even at the Expense of True Balance
The body is constantly adapting—to stress, injury, repetitive movement, posture, habits, and life itself. Those adaptations can help us function, but over time they may also contribute to tension, restriction, or discomfort.
What looks like imbalance may sometimes be the body's best attempt to keep us moving.

Education Creates Independence
The goal isn't simply to help you feel better today. It's to help you better understand your body so you can move forward with greater awareness and confidence.

Every Body Has a Story
No two people share the same history.
Every session begins with curiosity, respect, and a willingness to learn what makes your experience unique.
Beyond The Physical
My understanding of the body has never been limited entirely to muscles, fascia, joints, and movement.

My training and experience with Reiki and energy work have also shaped the way I think about presence, intention, touch, and the subtle ways we experience our bodies.
I don't ask clients to share any particular belief about energy, and energy work does not need to become a separate focus of your session. It is simply one part of the perspective and awareness I bring to my work.
Over the years, clients have sometimes commented on how warm my hands become during a session—occasionally joking that it feels as though I'm hiding heating pads in them. I experience that warmth as part of the flow of energy, or prana, that can accompany focused, intentional touch.
You don't have to define the experience the same way I do for the experience to have meaning.

My Hope
My Hope For Every Client
I hope you leave every session feeling better.
But even more than that...
I hope you leave understanding yourself a little more than when you arrived.
At the heart of my mission is helping you become more curious about what you feel, more confident recognizing what your body needs, and more comfortable trusting the information it gives you.
And my vision reaches beyond the time we spend together: that what you discover here becomes something you can carry into your everyday life.
Healing begins when we learn how to listen.
